You won't regret making this one really does give you that energy in a way that your body will benefit. This is the perfect snack on the go or when you need something to hold you over before a meal. There are a few ingredients you can leave out if you don't have them on hand without compromising the ability of the ball to hold together: such as the cinnamon, chia seeds, vanilla whey protein, and chocolate chips. Keep in mind that you will be missing those extra nutrients though! Other ingredients can be added or switched out according to your cravings such as chopped up dried fruits and nuts. I like to add chocolate covered coconut flakes and oh my.... makes my mouth water just thinking about it. And of course, if you use chocolate a better choice is 74% dark cocoa. Only the good stuff for you!

2 cups rolled oats
1/4 cup ground flax seed
1 tsp chia seeds
1 scoop vanilla whey protein
1 tbsp moringa leaf powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup peanut butter(crunchy or smooth)
1/2 cup raw honey
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips, chopped nuts/dried fruit, or unsweetened coconut flakes. (optional)

Simple instructions: Mix up the dry stuff then incorporate the honey and peanut butter like you're a kid again making mini mud pies. Only this time think ping pong ball or maybe golf ball size. Press each ball together to hold tight the ingredients and place on a plate to share or in a storage container for later...or in your stomach for that matter. And don't forget to pack a few in snack size baggies to grab and go on the run! Enjoy;)
